ICASI 2023 Fund Raiser
We were honored to be invited by Loretta Paganini to the ICASI (International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute) 2023 Fund.
This was an amazing event that featured amazing culinary delights. We hope to be invited back next year.
We featured all our Pepper Jams, the Candied C4 Nuts and a signature apatizer.
Over a dozen chefs including Dante Boccuzzi (Dante); Paul Minnillo & Matt Mytro (Flour); John Stropki (Cru Uncorked) Carl Quagliata (Giovanni’s); Terry Bell (Cav’s Executive Chef); Dave Gromelski (Sara’s Place); Talia Trovato & Hedy Pastran (Coppia); Ismail Samad (Wake Robin Fermented Foods & Loiter); Eric Wells (Skye LaRae’s Culinary Services); Kelli Hanley Potts & Erin O’Connor (Cleveland Field & Kitchen); Kristen Barnes (Sweet Bean); Michael Stefan Czech (BBQ); Mia Humphrey (Culinary by Design); Kevin Keough (Kevin is Always Mixing) and more.
These chefs are donating their time and talent to help raise much needed scholarship funds for students to pursue their dream of becoming a chef in the Culinary and Pastry Arts, despite their economic status.
This is an all-volunteer event benefiting The International Culinary Arts & Sciences Institute Scholarship Fund, Inc. which is a 501 (c) (3) Public Charity with a Tax ID for deduction purposes.
