Peppers Update #1

This is our peppers update #1 for this growing season. We are excited that our upcoming harvest has begun for the Japanese Manganji Peppers.

The Manganji is a Japanese pepper which is highly prized for a culinary experience. We use this pepper in our Cherries Medley On Fire Hot Sauce. To ensure we have enough of these peppers, they are one of the varieties we are growing hydroponicly in our grow room.

For the Blaz’n Blu Java Hot Sauce, we are having a bumper crop of our Blaz’n Jellybean peppers. This is our own variety of pepper that bring on that building heat to this  hot sauce.
