We have completed our Ohio Department of Agriculture and FDA certifications and inspections!!

What does that mean?

We are now certified to sell our Jams All over the United States!

Read to the end for what else this means for you as the summer progresses.

HINT: something to do with ‘mes neturim cukraus’ or said ‘bez dodatku cukru.’ Or as Cath would say in her heritage language: ‘gan siúcra.’ (Lithuanian, Polish and Gaelic respectively)

WE are initially coming back with Four Jams:

*** Peach Mango Pepper Jam – This has been our best all-time seller

*** Blaz’n Peach Mango Pepper Jam – To keep our Heat Lovers lick’n their lips as the flavors and heat excite their palates.

*** Cherry, Chocolate Habanero Pepper Jam – This is that amazing sweet earthy cherry flavor with just the right amount of heat.

*** The Rocoto, Bell Pepper Jam – We have one more inspection for this jam but it has become one of the top sellers.

NOW the big announcement as to why we have gone through the ODA/FDA processes.

We are going to have NO SUGAR ADDED Pepper Jams by summer.

Cottage Industries, by law, are not allowed to make No Sugar Added jams or jellies.

We will be unique in the Pepper Jam industry.

We will be starting with: No Sugar Added Peach Mango Pepper Jam and the No Sugar Added Cherry, Chocolate Habanero Pepper Jam.
