Harvest time is here! 
2019 Harvest time – Amazingly we are getting some great weather in mid-September. This means that the Peppers are ripening more quickly.
Our harvest of Aji Lemon Yellow Peppers is flourishing, which means more Lemon Yellow Pepper powder ready to ship to you.
For OHIO we have fresh Jams.
- “Peach-Mango Pepper” Jam. It is amazingly fruit flavor upfront that builds to a taste bud tantalizing heat that nicely stays.
- “Cherry with Chocolate Habanero Pepper” Jam. This is amazing where the sweet meets the heat!
- “Cranberry-Pineapple Pepper” Jam. This holiday favorite can be enjoyed almost anytime.
*** These Jams are made with our own peppers. When available, we use local fruit. For the Cherry with Chocolate Habanero Jam we use Michigan cherries as well.
