A Winner! Garlic Dill Rocoto Rush
It is a Winner at the 2025 Hot Sauce Festival Atlanta. We took 3rd in the Peruvian Pepper Category (Amaru Dragon).
This garlic dill pickle hot sauce touches all the flavor profiles of garlic, dill, the the pickle brine and is enhanced by the grassy profile of the Rocoto hot pepper.
We are collaborating with Mr. Crisp Pickle company. This is in keeping with our idea of family business recipes which tantalize the tastebuds.

Just to get you started:
We really enjoy on hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken strips. It is also good on a quesadilla with refried beans and cheese as well as a cheese & pepperoni pizza.
Try a chicken salad in pita bread. A chickpea "tuna" melt. Spice up a rueben—sauerkraut and thousand island.
Yuengling® Battered Cod sandwich. We recently tried it on pierogies and that was delicious, too!
As a salad dressing. On avocado toast. Potato or macaroni salad. Egg salad. Twice baked potatoes.
Amazing on Chicken Salad Sandwich.
